I've decide to share with everyone a comedy comic I worked on these past two years. Please check out Golf Girl and subscribe (or if you're impatient you can go read the first two chapters on Webtoon but the Tapas versions are slightly bigger and thus better)
Hey everyone, while working on chapter 5 I noticed that last years chapter 4 was an old version on here with a lot of omissions and some small errors. I've updated it to match the printed version now! There's a cover, a short letter exchange that gives more insight into Vigil, art fixes here and there as well as some additional bits and bobs!
As you're probably aware, it's been a while since I last updated the comic. Don't worry! I'm still working on it, but the script for chapter 5 is putting up a fight.
While I'm fighting that, I'm working on a 12 page "interim" chapter that leads into it. Think of it like chapter 4.5. I should be able to upload the first batch of pages for that very soon! For now, I've attached a preview page.
The third chapter will be completed this week! I'm really proud of how it's turned out and I will try to not have such a long break between chapters again (but writing is HARD).

I've been doing some external admin for Templars (boring) over the last few days. Part of which is making a TopWebComics page for the comic, which apparently means I now have to start begging for votes. So please, vote for it and help me pull in unwitting new readers.
I'm also working on a TVTropes page for Templars, which seemed like a bit of an arrogant thing to do, but they have a page for pretty much everything on there and encourage as much as possible. So there it is. I've tried not to spoil anything in the Tropes but there's some minor stuff in there that hasn't appeared in the comic yet.
Hello my loyal followers. A new series of pages will be online by the weekend. These "six page" packs might take longer to appear than regular weekly pages, but I find as I write the comic in a traditional style it makes it more readable.
Here's a little sneak peak. The next segment is a series of short scenes that play out over six hours. I hope you all enjoy it!
Also for those of you in the UK I'll be at Leeds Thoughtbubble in September with my wares. More information soon.
Here's a little (needs a clean up) teaser for a little side story I'm planning. I might put it as a separate comic as, though it is part of Templars, it's going to be written and drawn in a very different style - much more Gothic and dark.
Just to let you all know I'll be removing much of Templars and re-uploading it again in smaller chunks. I've been told that this helps garner more exposure (mercenary!) and, more pragmatically, helps the comic load and read on mobile devices. It will also give me a few weeks buffer in order to finish up as much of chapter 3 (new content) as I can.
I'll be trying to make it worth your while by writing some little passages in the descriptions, so if it's a sequence you've read before, you can still check it out for those and (hopefully) not feel like you've completely wasted your time/data/both. I'll be leaving chapter one intact as a sort of binge test for people to get a good bite of story before they decide to commit to a sub.
I've been listening to a lot of The Birthday Party (early Nick Cave), and it's somewhat inspired me to dip my toes into some horror. Look forward to it!
