Hey so today I officially had the worst panic attack I have ever had. I don't really want to say much about why, but I had my first track meet today, and it just wasn't pleasant. And this time, instead of self-harming (okay--instead of self harming as much as I usually do), I just wrote every thought that passed through my head into a google document. I might post a screenshot or copy and paste it here or even turn it into a comic later. I'm not sure, though. But I just wanted to say, it worked pretty well.
