Hi! :))
Chasing Little Lights will be the subject of Comic Tea Party's Book Club discussion today, NOW. (It starts in, like, 2 minutes!)
This is their weekly schedule: http://comicteaparty.com/thursSchedule
And this is their Discord, where the discussions happen: http://discordapp.com/invite/U5AaJbN
If you're reading or enjoying CLL, make sure to drop by!
Hey friends! ;D
I'm currently still on a break from CLL, but I plan on resuming updates next week! I've been working on building a buffer, as I'm going to art camp in the US soon, and might not have as much time to work on CLL.
edit: I will also start updating CLL on Mondays.
See you then! (And here's a WIP for you guys.)
finals are this week and I've been a bit busy - so the CLL page will be late a few days! (lately I've been missing a lot of updates...) enjoy a small WIP for now :)
Hey friends! :> I have a question: What would you guys think if I eventually left Tapas(tic?) to host CLL on my own website? I think it's a better solution in the long term, but finding an audience is definitely an issue.
Any advice? Should I host with both at once? Should I just stick w/ Tapas? :O
Both of them make good points.
at the very least keep tapas around untill you have build a solid following on your own site.
if you make your own site, look around for different ways to keep your readers informed that you posted a new page.
a big reason why so many comics off of tapas lose followers, i because in times where their update shedual become less consistend, people get frustrated for checking the website every week for a have year without a comic or even a comment being posted.
That's a good idea, I should probably consider doing my own website! YYyeah... one of the issues with my comic is its lack of update schedule... I should really fix that.
take your time making your personal site
good thing about you being an artist, is that you can draw your own background, interface and so on, no need to use default stuff from the CMS or elswhere off of the internet
It's been #FreeComicBookDay on Twitter, so I decided to doodle a lil something while working on the new page!
Here's Valentin reading his own story. Does that count as breaking the fourth wall?
