Welp: I'm glad that I met you here first, because I probably wouldn't have run into you on Youtube. In any case though; I look forward to what you are going to do in videos, and I also hope you have a great time making those videos too.
Man, it's so easy for Gamercat since the comic is based on current events and there are never ideas to run out of. I have no idea how Owl Turd keeps up with writing.
Whenever a brainstorm happens you should write down your ideas. My brainstorms usually happen while walking a dog, going to bed or being in a shower but never on a computer.
true that, the best ideas dawn on you when you're not thinking about it, even if they don't seem like it at the time. Sometimes it's better to have some down time away from your art in order to improve it.
No worries dude, I'm kind of going through the same thing, I did my script for several episodes a head of time when I started my comic, noting down any ideas I get along the way (even if they suck). But its still really hard to stick to a frequent schedule without burning your self out at some point, especially if you're trying to balance it with other work (well done on the animation btw). I guess sometimes it feels like the pressure of having a set time frame makes the fun part seem more like work.
The animation is okay, but the voice acting could be better. Then again, that's easy to fix. I know of 'Rocketjump Film School', which can give you some tips, but I also know that if you wanna make it sound like someone's genuinely angry or terrified; just simply listen to people whom are legitimately angry or terrified. I suggest 'Atop the Fourth Wall' for insights into anger, (Or any good Comic, Movie and VG Critic Youtube Site) but for terror, just simply arrange for someone to prepare something scary for you. Of course, prank videos are good examples, as well as videos where people do dumb things and realize at the best possible time to stop, but only when danger is made as apparent as possible.
I once electrocuted myself to see whether something was really broken, and I only yelped or squeaked like some rodent or marsupial. It didn't kill or injure me that badly, obviously enough, but it hurt a lot. It was a light switch's screws of all things, and I expect them to be insulated like every other part of the switch.
