I was sick this last week, so it was an easy job to get 'His 16th Face' posted here. This week, I'm going to try to post the sequel, 'If Diamonds Could Talk'. Here's the synopsis:
Beth Coldwell has a lot to learn about being in a relationship with a man like Christian. The first thing is how to pull a steel ring through her ankle without losing a drop of blood. Then, how to spill everyone else's.
So... posting this book will finish my old catalog. That will mean that I've finished posting all my old books. After I post this, I will only be posting new chapters on Mondays and Thursdays. I may switch to Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I will still only be releasing two chapters a week. Yay!
I'm not sure if any of you noticed, but I started rush-posting my novel, 'His 16th Face'. It's one of my favorites. Here's the synopsis:
Beth Coldwell has three days to live. If her guardian, Christian Henderson, can grant her any wish, then she wants him to kiss her. If he kisses her and saves her life, he has to disappear, but that's the last thing Beth wants.
The book is part of a duology, so I will start posting the second book, 'If Diamonds Could Talk' as soon as a finish posting 'His 16th Face'. ENJOY!
Today, I started posting the sequel to the last book I speed-posted, 'Behind His Mask'. It's called 'Hidden Library'. Here's the synopsis:
Veda didn't expect Salinger to fall for her so completely that he was willing to dive into an adventure with needles, crystal balls, spell books, magic circles, and the delicate curtain that separates this world from the next.
This book does not follow the same three-story structure as 'Behind His Mask' as more of the book takes place in the real world than inside spell books. This book was a place of healing for me. I hope that you will enjoy it and that it will heal some part of you too.
I am absolutely obsessed with the banner I made for 'Behind His Mask'. It is sooo stunning. 'Behind His Mask' is a book with three smaller stories inside, so each of the cards lined up on the banner represents a different plot arch! It's so fantastic, I can hardly breathe.
Here's the synopsis for the book:
Evander is a complete mystery to Sarah until she's given a spell book he authored. Is he a tortured prince? A bloodthirsty jester? The owner of the haunted mansion or the man hired to drive the ghosts out?
Only the book will tell.
So, this book was written a while ago, so as with all my previously finished projects, I will post the chapters as fast as I can. Sometimes that's not that fast. Sometimes it's super fast. It just depends on how often I'm interrupted. Let's hope it's fast. See you soon!
Today, I posted all of my novel, 'The Blood That Flows'. Right now, this is my only book that cannot be categorized as a romance. It's a vampire detective novel. It was published as a novel with a traditional publishing company in the old days, and normally an author like me would give up on something this old, but I still like it. It's close to my heart. It's so excellent when horror pieces are close to your heart.
Today, I posted all of my novelette, 'Cut Like Glass'. In case you're interested, this was my story with the highest downloads last month on Draft2Digital. That means it did better than all my other pieces as an ebook and audiobook of it on AppleBooks, KOBO, Barnes and Noble, and a ton of other sites. It was the most popular of my contemporary short pieces, but it out-performed all my novels. Crazy right? It's a lovely piece and I hope you'll give it a chance. Later!
I just started posting the fourth book in my Sleeping Beauty Inc. series. As always, the Sleeping Beauty Inc. books can be read in any order.
Here's the synopsis:
Ornette is sold to participate in a fashion-related reality TV show on Venus. The risk is high and she could be eliminated from the show and auctioned off at any moment. If only winning the show was actually winning.
I just went from two likes to 60, but according to my fictions, there should only be 13 likes. I'm really not sure how this place works yet, but it sure is nice to see the likes go up... I guess they can't go down...
