Description
The peace negotiations between Drugar, the land of humans and Araya the land of the Nimyi had fallen through. And in the light of a Cold War, the first hand of peace was initiated by Araya in the form of an invitation to the annual winter games.
The Drugan Warrior stood in the coliseum. Amidst cheers and applause his gaze was drawn towards one figure at its zenith, the second prince of Araya lingered behind the white veil, only a pair of glassy viridian eyes visible. A lock of white hair fell onto the warrior's hand. . . how very soft.
After the conclusion of the winter games, Asael,, the second prince departs for the northern mountains of Isryx once more, only to be intervened by a Drugan emissary and have his core wisp torn apart. Dying, he stumbles upon a group of minstrels that heals him back to life, only to be whisked away to the imperial harem by the crown prince of the Drugan empire.
What should he do now? But the anticipated affection and the crown prince's favour did not arrive, day after day only loneliness awaited Asael. Once the wounds crippling him healed, the crown prince's unfavored consort runs away to Araya once more.
The following year at the winter games . . . they meet once more.
