In a futuristic society, most of every day structures and machinery are comprised of C.I.M.A. - a digitally controlled substance that can take the form of just about anything!
But what do you do when the substance revolts and becomes a Corrosive? Well, the Corrosive Insurgence Containment Agency (C.I.C.A) can take them offline.....right? Well some cat fella seems to be doing the C.I.C.A.'s job better then them!
