Chapter 1: (part 1)
The young boy of pale complexion and black hair stands in a blank void. The world is gray around him, and the mirrored water reflects the empty sky. Alone and shivering, the boy scans his surrounding. His naked skinny body is covered in scars. The boy noticed a glimpse of a shadow. The glimpse became a gust of black cloud, with a figure standing in the middle of the cloud. The boy's face shifts to fear as he turns and sprint the other direction. The figure lashes out towards the boy and reaches out with a grasping claw. The gray void grows darker as the figure grabs the boy. The figure's faceless head slowly cuts open to create a demonic smile.
"Come now, my dear flesh," the figure rasps, "my time shall arrive shortly!"

The blanket flies off the bed, uncovering a tall scarred man of pale complexion. The man pace his breathing, after realizing that he woke up from a nightmare. He sits upright on the edge of the bed and stroke his black hair. He slowly gets up and walks towards the wash sink with the mirror hanged above it. His pale cheeks are sunken in, due to the stress. His eyes, deep with red iris, tell of history of battles and despair. His face bears many damaging scars. A line of dead tissue streaks through his nose bridge, as well as a straight healed scar across his right eye. He turns his head to the right to examine a stabbing wound from the tip of the mouth to the left of his chin. From the tip of his left eye to his ear, which is completely blown off. He then turns his head to the left to check his right ear, which was stabbed through. The man sighs, as he caress the scar around his neck, which shows that he was once beheaded.
He hears a faint noise from his right ear. He hears a pattern of the same noise, suggesting a door being knocked. He also faintly hears a voice calling out, "-ba, ahpah." The man approaches the door and opens to see a young girl with bronze skin, yellow eyes, and white hair. Her short white eyebrow furrows into a frown as she says, "Uh-pa, di eu scra uu sca agai? Ah noh eu ca eel li eahbadi." She enters the room as the man rubs his eyes and approaches the bed rest to grab a gray egg shape machine. The machine starts to light up as he puts it on his right ear. He looks at the young girl again, as she continues, this time with clarity, "Papa, these things take longer to heal if you keep itching it."
The man chuckles at his daughter, as she applies stitches onto him. His body contains many scars, most are fully healed while others seem recent. "Comes with the curse of being a Dullahan, I guess."
The girl rolls her yellow eyes, as she finishes the stitching. "Faer, Dullahan, Warradrac, there's so much that you have. You're more like a soldier with collection of dead parts than a guy with special genetics." She begins to put away the first aid, "I'm glad to have mom's parts."
The man grabs his shirt and walks with his daughter into the kitchen, where breakfast was served. "Well, you have most of my height and my face shape. You still have part of me in you." He looks to his daughter's face, bearing a pointed chin with a rounded jaw. Her small pointed nose matches her father's slightly larger nose. The major difference between them is her dove shaped eyes compared to his narrow tired eyes. Her height stops at the man's ears. Her white hair waves towards the right side of her face, with a strand of braided hair longer than the rest, while her father's hair mostly spikes to the back of his head, with some bangs hanging on the front.
The daughter chuckles, "Well, I'm happy to be tall then!" She proceeds to grab a fork and begin eating. The father smiles as he grabs his fork.
Another voice of a woman booms the room, "Good morning, Wolf and Urza. What is on the menu of the day?" Another tall pale woman, taller than the bronze skinned Urza, but shorter than the pale Wolf, enters the kitchen in pajamas. Wolf rubs his right ear from the noise, as Urza chuckles.
"He has the hearing piece, Aunt Eva," she spoke with a mouthful. Wolf shakes his head in annoyance.
Eva turns her attention to Wolf with a surprise, "Whoopsie-daisie!" She scratches her black buzz cut hair and pulls out a white orb from her pocket. The orb was shape like an eye ball, but it has a plug-in port on one side. She proceeds to insert the orb into her hollowed right eye, as she tries to lift open the pink, burnt eyelids. Her pink burnt face covers the right from half of the forehead to beneath the cheeks. The burnt scar nearly touches her ear. "Now that I got two eyes to appreciate the beauty of the breakfast, let's see what shall be feeding our mighty muscles. And what a sight! A scrambled egg of the Stonebird and a fine cut of the lowland Drake. Excellent choice, chef! You make a nice housewife, unlike sad lil' me!" Urza, Wolf, and Eva chuckles.
Wolf has the most muscle build of the three. Urza and Eva have strong athletic builds, although Eva is bulkier than Urza. Eva sighs with gladness. "My parol is finally ending today, now that they found more evidences of the assassinations," she continues. Urza smiles, while Wolf gazes at Eva with some remorse. Eva looks at the clock, "Alright, the Court is at the hour 1400. I'll meet you guys at the port by 1700, so that we can head out to Eursia."
Urza beams at the word Eursia. "What was the Dragancroi Castle like? Are we really meeting the Grand Duchess of the Wavyrn? And the Faer is actually content with the Warradrac living in Erie?" Eva smiles at the questioning girl, while Wolf glance at his daughter.
"We've never been there. In fact, it was only recently that we found out that we had relations with the Grand Duchess," Wolf states.
Dissatisfied, the stubborn girl continues, "I've heard that she was the only woman who ever reached the rank of Grand, and she would have been Queen of the Lone Worlds, even Empress of Eursia, had the Emperor not been picky!" She went on with excitement, "and I also heard that she singlehandedly crushed an armanda of the Rotyr Legion during the Silent Millennium, as well as subdued the raging tribes of Faer, known as the Cursed Bloodmen!"
Eva chuckles some more. "Someone been studying." Urza continues to talk of the Duchess as everyone gathers the empty dishes and clean them. Eva leaves to dress up and grab her bags. Wolf and Urza went to their separate rooms to wash up. Wolf looks at the nightstand and sees a framed picture of himself, his daughter, and another woman. The woman of the picture was much shorter than the daughter, but she bears bronze skin and white hair. Her face was rounder than both Wolf and Urza. Although modest in her clothing, she has wide hips and bountiful breast, with a plump belly. Her full lips shine a wondrous smile of joy. Her short white eyebrows raised in delight. Her dove eyes shines a bold yellow iris, like the flaring sun.
Wolf grins a sad smile, “How I miss you, Jezerel, my love.” He grabs the frame and puts it into his travel case. He grabs his cases and calls out to his daughter. “Urza, let’s go check out.”
“Already waiting on you, Papa!” She answers. They all exit the room and locked the door behind them.
