I'm a writer, not an artist, so you'll have to excuse the so-called covers to my novels. I tried, but they're mostly going to be place holders.
As for what I write, it's mostly modern fantasy. That is, fantasy that happens in a time and place that could be now and here. Right now, you're only getting Bedlam, but I have plans for more.
I'm trying something new. Writer's have permission to officially participate in Inktober. Each "story" can only have fifty words. And that is not easy, let me tell you. I wouldn't expect greatness here. But I wanted a challenge. I wanted to write something different, and this is different. So, yeah.
So no updates yet, but here's a little Christmas present. This is an extremely old picture of Sariel (Spoilers) gifted to me when he was still just a RP character on a now defunct website.
Some news to share. NaNoWriMo is over for another year. And for the first time since 2009 I won! My official word count was 52,055.
I know I said I was planning on taking that novel and entering it in the next Writer's Camp, but, um, it's a hot mess. I mean it. It ended up basically being an exercise to get me writing again every single day. To set a goal and achieve it. So, I have to shelve it for now. Will I go back someday? Maybe. But right now, this novel and I need our space.
The good news is that means I'm going back to Bedlam. I'm going to use the momentum I built during NaNo to continue writing every day. My new goal is to finish Bedlam. Right now I'm still out of buffer. As soon as I have new stuff ready, there will be updates, but they will be spotty at best.
