Hi! We missed you :) COVID-19 has slightly ruined our plans with the cartoon, but we are happy to see you all again. We have two pieces of good news:
1. Sammy will continue! We don't know yet how often the releases will be released, but they will be!
2. Check out our NEW comic: Steel Horizon! We make it parallel to the cartoon, so that you can get acquainted with the plot. An unusual universe, cool characters and a lot of action! https://tapas.io/series/steelhorizon
Basic physics. It'd be on a straight path once it left the end of the barrel. It's just that that path would not be in line with where the handle pointed, so to fire at anything you'd have to learn to get over feeling like you were aiming too low
@somebody I don't think so. Unhindered momentum vectors in 3D space are always straight (by definition), meaning the projectile would continue on a straight path. However, the projectile may have rotational velocity and thus may tumble end-over-end after leaving the barrel.
The anime city scetch from below has come a long way!

In today's episode of making ANIME happen - the most important character design is ready!
Drumroll... Avelyn Veller, the main character of the story.
Avelyn is smart and well-read, but quite lazy and thinks that life in a post-apocalyptic city is boring and nor worth improving.
She's passionate about the history and exploring the city's abandoned underground territories.

Now that we've got your attention, here's the tea: we'll be making anime. And documenting the whole thing. Buckle up and call all your friends, it's gonna be a ride.
So, here we go:
DIY ANIME #1. THE PLANS.
You might think that making anime is extremely hard and expensive. And you're right. But since we're enough bananas to try to get to the anime industry off the street, we might as well make it a reality show!
We'll be streaming (https://www.twitch.tv/randomtanstudio) from time to time (in Russian, yeah, but drawing itself is kinda international), showing everything: from concept arts and framing to animation, editing, voice, etc.
It's a unique chance to witness the whole process!
And of course, we'll be making posts like this one, with art and a stream summary for your reading pleasure.
Are you in? Good! Here's the first post explaining in detail what we'll be doing the following year. And yes, we'll be sharing how much it’ll cost.
