Officially I am announcing my return to doing comics. I really want to thank all of you for hanging in there with me, it has been really hard to work on my comics for a variety of reasons but I'm happy to find joy in making stuff again. My plan for this month is basically to try and finish chapter 5 this month if possible. I have 6/15 pages done, and half a month to finish them! Once they're all cleared to be posted, I will be putting them all up at the same time on my Patreon and releasing them every Thursday again here on Tapas!

… It has… been a while. So sorry about that. I’ve been having a time. I am doing better now and will be returning to pages very soon. I cannot express how sorry I am about the absence.
After December I suffered from major burnout and depression for a couple months, and I’ve just now come around to feeling better. This whole time I’ve been doing pages, art for a job, art for social media, and art for classes and I just kind of imploded. I apologize for not saying anything about my hiatus earlier, I was so stressed out that I couldn’t even bring myself to open Tapas because I felt ashamed that I had left for so long.
I am feeling much better now, and I’m finally returning back to sketching pages and drawing stuff I feel proud of again. I am going to focus on finishing school since I only have a few weeks before I graduate, and work my way back into pages so I can start posting them again. The plan is to do that, and actually set up that special thing I wanted to do for you guys in December for Inksgiving. I’m actually thinking of doing a short side comic just because you guys were so generous and I feel so horrible for this huge delay…
I am incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported me here, and again I deeply apologize for not saying anything about my break. Your support has really gotten me through these- 3 years of posting here?? That's wild. In that time I’ve made over 150 pages and I’ve only just begun! I can’t wait to make better pages to share with you all, and thank you so much for reading.

Post-Inksgiving Update!
Hello everyone~ I hope that for those who had holidays this past week, everything went well and that you're all doing good~ I just wanted to give a general thank to to everyone who donated for inksgiving this year, and to discuss plans for celebrations on that front!
With the donations combined from this year and last year we made it to about 70k ink! Which means we hit the goal I set last year for doing an art livestream. Now I'm a bit torn on how to tackle this, because I can do a livestream (maybe) but my internets a little spotty. I could also do a video instead, or maybe I could just post the recording of it afterwards. I just want to keep it somewhat interactive since this is a thank you to you guys for all of your support!!
I'm thinking of drawing the anniversary art for Rising Tides on that stream, I think that could be a fun subject for that! I'll update with more plans as soon as I can. I'm going to take this week and next week off to focus on finals but then I'll be back on it~
And just once more- THANK YOU EVERYONE~ Thanks to everyone who donated (I will be replying to you all but I just wanted to give a big thanks here too), thank you to everyone who commented, and thank you all so much for reading!!!

A wrap on Inksgiving!
Hello and thank you everyone who participated in Inksgiving this past weekend! I was amazed by how much love I got from so many of you, and I just wanted to give you all a special thank you again.
We made it just past 35,000 (some people donated a little early but I made sure their donations still counted) so I will be doing two special illustrations for both comics!
And as for the winner of the physical copy giveaway, Mikhalexael is the top donator! Congrats!
I'll be getting to work on those illustrations, and the new chapters for BOTH comics are nearly ready for posting and should be ready within a week or so (they are mostly delayed because of my dreaded finals, but once those are done I'll be back on the ol' update schedule)
