I wear many hats.
Well, one, mainly, but you know what I mean.
I'm an artist a writer, a father, a preacher, and an accordion player.
I'm not particularly gifted or skilled at any of those things.
I'm also a bit of a Luddite. That will probably come up later.

I work on a thing until I get stuck, and then I go work on a separate thing, and usually while I am working on the second thing, a third thing will need to be tended to. Somewhere in the middle of that, my brain will unravel the mystery of the first thing.

I know some people strive to have a 'following', and work to earn an audience who hangs on their every word, but I think the opposite might be just as fun. Knowing that nobody is reading this is quite liberating.
Unsolicited opinion; 'Moby Dick' is a vastly underrated book.
Although there is a big chunk in the middle that covers everything you need to know about how to process a sperm whale. That part is always a little rough.
