I have a bachelor degree in illustration, and currently work as a graphic designer for a clothing company, while also doing freelance work and comics in my spare time.

I try not to spam people with wall posts, but there are a few things I'd like to share that I hope you'll be interested in! :)
I've had the opportunity to work with some awesome people lately. One of them is Eden Jackson, who just started publishing her work on Tapastic. She's written some absolutely fantastic poems that I've had the pleasure of illustrating. If you like poetry that delves into emotional depths (some of it is pretty dark!), you should definitely check her out: https://tapastic.com/episode/501448
Another collaboration from a while back, (that I somehow forgot to tell people about) was this short comic written by Donathin Frye and illustrated by me: https://tapastic.com/episode/474130
Meant to be a glimpse of hope, this one feels jarringly relevant now after the election...
Hello Ingunn and thank you so much for being a pal by subscribing to 'The Heretic's Diary', a story from AoftheA! Each reader and subscriber galvanizes me and my partners to continue doing our best for the series. Keep an eye out on the main AoftheA page for new content every Sunday! The series you subscribed to will also be regularly updated but every third Sunday from the time it was last updated.
Because I know creator's comments often get overlooked in the comics, I just wanted to post here as well that if you're interested in seeing the colouring process of my latest comic (number 27), you'll find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OO-91U3ZP5s
Thanks! :) No I'm not on Picarto, that's for livestreaming, isn't it? I feel like I'm too slow for that stuff, I think people would be bored watching me drawing in real time :P I like watching others draw and colour though, but I almost never have time for it when they are actually doing the livestreaming. You're on Picarto, right? Do you also post your videos on YouTube? That's my only chance to get to see people work on their art :)
About the song - it actually came with the video editing software I purchased (Wondershare Filmora), so I'm allowed to use it for my videos and post on places like YouTube; but the ad revenue goes to the creator/publisher of the song, so for future videos I might consider finding songs that allow me to actually keep the ad revenue myself...not such a big deal this time, this video was most for testing things out :)
Yup this is my channel : https://picarto.tv/HisameArtwork and I understand you, my views may get bored too, also I usually use it as a tv when I watch someone else and just eat, or do my nails.
This my YT channel, what is yours? :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vT3eBCZhd_I
Yeah money on Yt comes very hard from what I've read. Tsu has a much better return. I've had so far 200 views, 4 subscribers and not even 1 cent. On Tsu I got imitatively half a cent in my first day XD
Hope they activate my support program here on Tapastic though. I need a programmer to help me with my game and money will most likely help me in finding one :))
Subscribed! ;) My channel is here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwibMf5USLrwei-wN23yxDg
Yeah, you have to have loads of views on YouTube to actually make any money from what I understand, it's barely pocket change. And that's why I don't care that much that I'm missing out on ad revenue for this first video - I hope to make more and better videos later. Tsū definitely has a much better return.
I've been trying to read up on the support program, but ever since the update the forum's been down. But from looking at other creators on Tapastic it doesn't seem like they're going back to the support program...I still think it's deactivated :/
Hi everyone! Just wanted to bring to your attention that there's this social network thing called tsu, which is pretty awesome! This was first mentioned in the tapastic forum by @Skooba, but I know not all of you are active there.
Tsu is for people who enjoy sharing original content, doesn't have to be comics or anything art related, although this type of content is very popular. You can use it to just share your thoughts really. Either way, it'd be fun to see more tapastic people over there :)
I love tapastic, and this is where I'll always keep posting my comic :) But if you're interested in a social media platform that is kind of a mix between Facebook and tumblr, then tsu is a great option. I use it to post other types of illustration work (and a select few comic pages). And like tapastic, tsu also shares ad revenue with the users.
I think you can still only join by invite (???) so if this sounds interesting, you can use this link to join: https://www.tsu.co/ingunn
If for some reason the link doesn't work, let me know :)
Hi Ingunn! WOW! Looking through your comic work I am totally floored. I love how you make the simplest things much deeper, and get across abstract ideas so clearly. That's not an easy thing to do! Very, very well done!
I'm dropping by to say thank you so much for subscribing to Kamikaze! We're so excited to be part of your reading list, especially since we're so new here at Tapastic. Here's hoping that you'll love Kamikaze as much as the team enjoys making it! And please, do feel free to comment! The team loves talking with our readers! <3
Wow, thank you so much <3 I'm glad you like my comic, it means a lot coming from someone who's work holds such a high standard! I'm always looking forward to your next update :)
And it would be super exciting to see it turned into an animated show one day, so I just hope your hard work will pay off and your dream come true!
having vocal fans and supporters is what will help us get our work animated. Thank you so much for the kind words! We look forward to every update too! We love seeing our readers reactions :D
Quick update: all episodes so far have been updated with bigger text. I've received feedback that it was really hard for people to read, especially on mobiles (and honestly even on my own computer screen), so I went from font size 16 to 24.
I don' think I'll be able to do much bigger than that due to how I've composed my comic so far, but I hope this improves the readability some :)
