(Review) I myself am guilty of this, but I can pester you about it since it's so early on in your comic. I would work on your shading a bit more. Decide how you're going to do it and stick to it. In the first few pages you're just using what looks like the circular gradient tool, but it's just that. On this page you seem to have given it a little more effort and are using solid shading as well for folds. As for the cover page itself, think about what you are bringing to the first chapter. Evoke that in the cover page. The current page doesn't pull me in. I'd work on dynamic poses, since those are really good at pulling viewers in. "Camera" angles are also important, as they set the mood. Constantly putting the viewer at eye level doesn't add much intrigue to the story. Give us worms eye view (from below) to show intensity. Use dramatic shading to emphasize dark, intense moods.
