Hours go by as Lucas is done with his training as he spend his free time tending to the horses at the stable but now just hanging out between the entrance of the stable as he fidgets with the arrow, looking worried for Mike as hes been gone for quite some time now. Lucas lets out a sigh and spaces out by looking at the village from a distance. Until Lucas heard a tiny little “Chirp!” as Lucas looks down and sees a Blue creature with green eyes inspecting him, as the creature looks up at Lucas and give it a “puree!” as its way of saying hello.

These little creatures are called Glowbers, they’re an elemental species on Nearth where they communicate with noises from the light they form. One of them that Lucas encounter is a pretty rare water Glowber which is hard to find if you live in the valley or the forest.

“Oh hey little Lady.” Lucas respond “what are you doing all the way here for?”

Right as Lucas awnsered the question, he herd a woman calling for the creature. “There ya are Chip! You should go running off like that.”

Chip runs back to a woman who looks like shes never been around town as she sighs and talks to Lucas.

“Sorry about that Lad. I’m supposed to keep an eye on her until a friend gets back.”

“Oh, its ok.” Lucas respond “umm.. Is he by chance the one looking for the monster? I-I’m waiting for a friend to comeback.”

“Oh yeah.” The Woman respond “we finally found where those statues of the princes were located, but they’re being guarded by some beast.”

Lucas has that look on his face as it sounds familiar to him.

“The statues…”

“Yep. But hes been gone awfully long time, I’m about to head out there myself soon and find him myself.” The Woman notices Lucas looking lost he is putting the pieces together.

“Something wrong?” she asked.

“The statues.. The monster…Its sounds so familiar to me. As if theyre- *gasp*!

You may know the hooded figure that tried to claim the spirit orb? Well, the hooded figure in question was none other than Lucas himself as he remembers making his way through the forest at night when he was young and found the spirit orb in the forest. As he was about to take it he was alerted by the sound of a monster as the night was starting to get too dangerous for him to linger. So he made his way out in the forest and took the hood off and catching his breath.

“THATS IT THE SHRINE!” Lucas yelled as he realized theres a monster lingering at the shrine as he quickly grabs his bow and arrow as the woman watches Lucas going after Mike and Donnie.

“Whoa whoa! Where are you going?” the woman asked as Lucas stops for a second and tells her “I know where they are! They might be in danger!”

“Hang on! This might be dangerous on your own, let me come with you.”

“Sure, umm.. Whats your name?”

“Abby.”

“Thanks Abby.”

So Abigail follows Lucas as he knows where it is. Unaware that someone was back from their search.

Mike and Donnie are making a break for it in the forest as they have been spotted by the monster they’ve been hunting. Mostly to try to retreat and regroup to plan on how they can defeat a monster that keeps on warping. Mike spots a rotting tree that has been knocked down for centuries as it looks like a perfect spot to hide in.

“Quickly, over there!” Mike shouted as the two of them make a leap for it behind the tree as they remain silent to hide form the monster. They can hear its footsteps as it relized it lost them as it looks around for a minute. The monster take a good look around and thought the coast is clear for now as the monster nods its head and gets ready to make their way back to the statue. Or so it thought until a voice started to call for Mike echos the forest.

“MIKE! WHERE ARE YOU?”

“Lucas?!”

Mike and Donnie peek over to see Lucas, Abby, and Chip searching for the two of them.

“Donnie?! If your out here holler!” Abby yelled out as Donnie looks panicked that their yelling alerted the monster. But the way the monster is behaving he hasn’t attacked them yet as he stares at Lucas as if he recognize him before. “The kid in red. He has returned!”

Mike tries to get his attention as he looks panicked.

“Lucas!” Mike called without trying to alert their hiding spot as Lucas spots Mike and Donnie hiding behind the log.

“Oh. There they are!” said Lucas as he get Abby’s attention. But Lucas soon realized somethings wrong as Mike looks scared.

“Lucas! Get out of here before it-” it was too late. Before he could finish his warning, the monster was slowly making its way to Lucas and Abby. As Lucas froze and relized the monster was comming after them, Abby drew out her weapon as she gets ready to fight the monster, but he noticed Chip was hiding behind Lucas, looking scared as Lucas new what to do. He drew out his bow an arrow and points it at the monster. The monster growls as it charges after Lucas.

“Here goes!” he yelled as he fires the arrow. With luck, it landed on the monster’s head as weirdly enough the monster began to glow into a blue beam of light as everyone shield their eyes from it until the light the monster was making disappeared. Lucas gains his visions again as he sees the monster is suddenly gone and the arrow lays flat on the ground. He went to go pick it up and sees the tip of the arrow is clean. 

“I-it vanished.” He thought to himself “then where did it go?”

Lucas’ train of thought was cut off as Abby praises him for defeating the monster.

“Nice shot kid! Took that monster down in one hit! Say, I didn’t get your name?”

“Oh. My name is Lucas.”

“Lucas huh? You did good Lucas.”

“Thank you.”

Mike and Donnie meet up as Mike looks impressed that Lucas took the monster down.

“YOU DID IT LUCAS! YOU TOOK THAT MONSTER OUT!”

“Y-yeah. That was pretty scary.”

“And yet you have stood your ground. Thats what I like to see from you.”

Lucas smiles as he gains a little bit of confidence from todays event. While Mike checks in with the others to see if they are ok, Lucas notice a small blue light comes in again as the mosnter reveals itself to me the spirit orb the whole time as it waits for Lucas to claim it again.

“Its you again.” Lucas mumbled as he looks hesitant at first to claim it. But then reaches for the spirit orb only to be disrubted by a very angry solder. “HEY! LUCAS!”

Lucas jumps as he sees Eiden who looked very pissed off.

“You’re not supposed to go out on your own unless you're told so” Eiden yelled as Lucas looks back and sees the spirit orb making a break for it. Lucas just sits there panicking to find the words to explain why he went out on his own until Mike steps in and defends Lucas.

“Wait! Give him a break will ya? He saved us from the beast guarding that statue over there!” Mike protested as Eiden just looks at Lucas while Lucas looks back at him as Eiden sighs while rubbing his eyes.

“Alright fine. I’ll let it slide for now just don’t run off like that. Got it?”

“Got it…” Lucas respond as he looks guilty for funning off.

“Tiugainn (come on), lets get back home.”

Mike wraps his arm around Lucas as he gives im some reassurance.

“Hey, don’t let him get to you. I think you did the right thing in my opinion.”

Lucas smiles as soon it quickly faded as he still thinks about that spirit orb. “If that was king Ubuvu himself..” He thought “then, what was he doing here?”

The king himself stands there as he watches Lucas and his friends leave.

“So thats what that boy calls himself huh? Very well, I shall wait for your return, Lucas.”
