(Elaina; who was pushing Ali in the wheelchair, Evee, and Squeak; who was holding Nix’s baby, were walking to the underground lab elevator’s location which was 15 minutes from where they were.)

Squeak: The elevator is on the same path as the Brotherhood’s sanctuary almost.

Elaina: Which way?

Ali: Opposite of their sanctuary turning to the right.

Elaina: Well, let’s hurry up and make it there.

(As they were picking up the pace, they heard a metallic banging sound behind them several feet away. They turned around quickly and saw nothing. Elaina became impatient.)

Elaina (annoyed): We need to hurry up now. I’m not playing these games.

(Elaina signaled Evee to move up in front next to Ali; Squeak was right behind Elaina. In the several minutes walking and getting close to the elevator as they passed the previous storage room, they heard metallic banging a few feet closer to them.)

Squeak (scared): I have a feeling we’re being followed…

Elaina: I’m pretty sure we are. We should be close to that elevator by now.

(Evee looks up at Elaina.)

Evee: What’s there, Mama?

(Elaina looked straight ahead; not looking at Evee.)

Elaina: That elevator will lead us down to main cause of all of this… and to your dad.

Evee: Why is he down there?

(Elaina was reluctant to Evee, but she stopped walking, kneeled to Evee’s level, and put her hands on Evee’s shoulders.)

Elaina: … Your dad’s in trouble. I must help him.

(After Elaina’s answer, their eye contact was causing Elaina to see sudden images of a dark shadow figure coming close to her. In a split second, she saw Alvin’s face. Elaina gasped in fear; Evee saw the look on Elaina’s face and became worried.)

Evee (concerned): Mama? Are you alright?

(Elaina came back to reality and saw the worry on the Evee’s face; she then regained her composure. Elaina stopped looking in Evee’s eyes.)

Elaina: Yeah… I’m alright. Evee, when we get down there, you can’t follow me. You’ll have to stay with Squeak and Ali.

Evee: Why?

Elaina: Your father doesn’t want you near where he’s at. But don’t you worry. I will bring him back and we can go home. I promise.

Evee: Okay. But Mommy, why can’t you look at me? You always said looking someone in the eye and promising them something would mean it’s true.

(Elaina was unable to answer Evee. Moments later, they hear a beeping noise in the direction they were headed.)

Elaina: What was that?

Squeak: That’s the elevator ahead. Did someone activate it?

Elaina: That must be Tyler and Twitch. They made it!

(Elaina began pushing Ali’s wheelchair and running to the area, Evee, and Squeak close behind. As the group reached the elevator, Elaina spotted Tyler; walking up to him.)

Tyler: Elaina!

Elaina: Tyler! Thank God!

(Elaina realized Twitch isn’t with him.)

Elaina (concerned): Where’s Twitch?

(Tyler sighs.)

Tyler: Daniel got to her. Sick fuck took her somewhere. I don’t know where.

(Tyler winces in pain holding the side of his face which was bruised and the back of his head which was bleeding minorly. Elaina looks at the damage.)

Elaina: Damn! What happened?

Tyler: … The bastard that admitted me here, Marvin. Iyana and I went into his office and found his keycard; mine was invalid. When we found it, he clocked me in my face to my head with his baton; he was hiding in a locker. He tried to kill Iyana, but I hit him with a vase. That was before Daniel got in.

Elaina: What happened to Marvin?

Tyler: He ran off before Daniel came in. Also, I de-chipped Iyana; I found the de-chipper.

(Evee began to tear up.)

Evee: Twitch…

(During Tyler and Elaina's conversation, Evee was weeping quietly. In that moment, she hears a male voice in her mind speak to her; it was a voice she was familiar with.)

???: Evee… my dear child.

(Evee gasps quietly at the voice. No one heard her; the rest were talking amongst themselves.)

Evee (quietly): Daddy?

Alvin: Give me to Elaina.

Evee (quietly): How?

Alvin: Eye to eye.

Evee (quietly): But she won’t look at me. Something scared her when she did.

Alvin: To save the others, I will lead her; but she must hurry to save them and me as well. This is the only way to save them. And I can only hold on for so long until Dharkas consumes me, and I’ll be no more. Tell her, if you must, my child.

Evee (quietly): I’ll try.

(Evee looks at Elaina while she’s still talking to Tyler. Before Evee could say anything, Tyler began holding his head in pain, seeing visions. Tyler then looked at Squeak; all his signs was pointing to her.)

Tyler: Amy! Move!

(As Tyler began to walk fast towards Squeak, a metal sound was heard underneath them. Not a moment too soon, the floor under Squeak gave way. Squeak instantly gave Tyler the baby before she fell with the floor. Tyler backed away with the baby; Elaina immediately ran to see how far Squeak had fallen. She saw that Squeak fell to the seventh floor.)

Elaina (yelling): Squeak?!

(Elaina saw that Squeak did not respond; she was unconscious. Then an all scarred, muscular, half naked man with silver shoulder length hair came in view and picked up Squeak’s unconscious body.)

???: Well, this is a very interesting prize that fell right into my trap. I’ve been trying to find this girl all over the place.

(Tyler ran to Elaina and looked down in the hole; recognizing the man.)

Tyler: Arnold? Arnold Darson?

(The man looks up at the hole showing his green eyes and a dirty white mask; he sees Tyler.)

Darson: Tyler Walters, is that you? How nice to see you again bud. I thought you were dead by now along with other IT’s.

Tyler: Your dumbass friend admitted me here. So, we’re on the same boat.

Darson: No, we’re not, bud. We’re nowhere near on the same boat.

(Darson then looks at Elaina. He then looks surprised.)

Darson: No fucking way that’s Beckett’s wife in this building! She’s a much better prize than this one. She would make me rich, but Ms. Amy Oaka will have to do. I think I’ll start with her eyes. And if I see you again, Lady Beckett, you’ll make a worthy prize to sell off.

(He laughs and walks away with an unconscious Squeak in his arms.)

Tyler: Shit! Now we got to get her!

Elaina: No! You go down to that underground facility. Take Ali, Evee, and the baby with you. I’ll go find the girls.

(Tyler and Ali look at Elaina; shocked.)

Tyler: What?! You can’t go and find them by yourself! You wouldn’t know where to start!

Ali: It’s suicide for you to do this yourself, Mother of the Heiress.

Evee: Wait! Mama! Look at me! Please! There’s something I want you to have before you go.

(Elaina looks at Evee and kneels to her level.)

Elaina: What is it, Evee?

Evee: Just… look… at me.

(Evee instantly holds Elaina’s face and stares in Elaina’s eyes. In an instant, Elaina began to see sudden images. Alvin’s face shows up coming close to hers; she screams and backs away falling on the ground. During her transformation, she was still seeing visions of the black-misted figure and was convulsing on the floor due to the exposure. Visions of Alvin’s face appeared in her eyes.)

Alvin: Be calm. Be still, my sweet.

(Hearing his voice made Elaina calm down from her convulsions. Coming back to her senses, she slowly stood up on her feet holding her head in slight pain. Tyler was holding his head feeling the same pain from her.)

Tyler (in pain): Damn… I’m feeling it, too. How do you feel?

(Elaina stopped holding her head when the pain ceased. In an instant, she took out her gun, ready to head out.)

Elaina: I feel okay. Tyler. get to the underground facility with them. I’ll find the others.

(Elaina ran off in search for the girls as Tyler activated and called the elevator to come up to the 8^th floor.)
