Dear Tapas readers!
Junkwraith has been on a hiatus for a while since I needed to apply for jobs and work with other freelance things during the fall. Now this spring I'm back into the fray, sketching and planing - and the current plan is to launch new episodes in April. Finally! (And I will have some exciting news to share then, too)
Hugs,

Yes. I cannot deny that.
I'm incredibly sorry for the even longer hiatus. I'm going to attend Elcaf in London next week and then start working at a game company, Zoink Games in Gothenburg, but as soon as I get that rolling I have episodes to share with you all! Preliminary date: June 16. Stay tuned!
Hey! I will come back. I've just been taking a "break" to sketch and job hunt (build portfolios and do inktobers), but will return, I promise you, especially after this urging comment!! I'm happy you want MOAR.
Hey there! i forgot if I've already asked you but i'm going around seeing what people are using to create their art. Do you use a tablet? a cintiq? what kind? Thanks!
Hey!! I use a small cheap, white "Wacom intuos Draw" tablet at the moment. It's good I think! Does the trick. I have only used wacom tablets, so I'm bias to this brand (and have gone through two others since I started drawing... somehow I manage to deteriorate them). Would like to perhaps accustom myself to a cintiq/Ipad later on when I have the money for it :)
I guess no matter what tools you have it depends on your skill to make it work! I'm thinking of getting a cintiq (they're really nice for animation too!) thanks!
Hello! I use Photoshop, image sequence "time line" function, frame by frame. I set it to looping and "save for web" as GIF :> And that's that. I don't have any advanced methods other than making use of digital functions such as setting the previous layer's frame as an opaque ghost (lower the transparency) to use it as reference for the next frame. Also, just using the scale-transform tool is nice for simple squash and stretch. You do any animations or comics?? :D
I've been transitioning from traditional to digital, but every time I try to add GIFs to tapas, it doesn't come out correctly. Thanks for updating me on the information!
