So... I came back to catch up to my subscribed series. Glad to know two artists are still updating here and not just on Webtoon cuz I won't have a Webtoon account.
Wow, Tapastic-- I mean, Tapas comic and novel selections look so professional now... I used to think this place was newbie-friendly, but now it seems as though it's only for serious artists & writers.
I kinda prefer the newbie/amateur, the 'unpublished' or not-yet-professional stories because they can be unique due to not having to give in to mainstream plots and cast. But nowadays, don't see 'em anywhere. Maybe all the newbies have upped their game. Hmm.
Sad to announce, but I have removed TJH from this website, both the text and the illustration folders. I've actually been contemplating it for some time and I finally have the chance to do it. Sorry, guys. Two reasons: I feel insecure and the site's redesign is not to my liking until today.
But hey, you can still view the chapter summary and some illustrations on my TJH website:

Haven't been on Tapastic in a while and golly, the redesign is... bad (particularly the reading pane). I was already having a tough time with dA's Eclipse redesign, now this too...? //nervous laughter// Guess I'll view Tapas at 80% zoom level as well. :<
If I may share a comment on Reddit regarding the new Tapastic ('Tapas'):
"Honestly I have a lot to say about Tapas as I've been posting comics on there since 2015, back then Tapas was named Tapastic it had such a great community, the front page wasnt the mess that it is now, it had a popular and trending section that showed different comics on the front page, among other things that made it a great platform to host indie comics. But it changed a lot throughout the years, and the changes happened before kakao bought them. They started making changes to the app that made non-official comics way less visible, at some points even hard to find on the app. My friends who use it were surprised there was even a section with free comics. It did improve a bit now with the community tab... but as a reader, I wouldn't think "community" meant indie comics. That section still has "official" webtoons too, comics that were indie but then got a contract with Tapas get features there as well. Visibility as a creator is awful, and I honestly don't know how anyone who's completely new to the platform gets readers on there. I was lucky enough to start my first webtoon back in 2015 when there was more visibility for us, and with my new comic I had a few fans from then that checked it out. Back in 2015 Tapas was seen as the community platform while webtoon the more "corporate" one but webtoon is a lot better for creators now, there are slots for canvas comics on the front page, both the top banner and at the featured section. Canvas section is a lot neater and easier for me to browse. I still recommend for creators to post on Tapas as some people find their audience there but webtoons is definitely better in my opinion."
✏️ Wow, TJH has come to an end. I honestly can't believe it. It's been, what, almost five months~ Anyway, this TJH is actually like Season 1 of 3 (I call it season because it plays in my head), but Seasons 2 & 3 require polishing and some final edits.
Sadly, I no longer have the time to do that; but I am hoping to be able to finish them some day... 😅
So uhm, OK. Thanks so much for reading/subscribing, everyone! Wishing all of you nice days ahead~ 💛
