Ideas come to me in the weirdest times. Most of the time it's during a test or doing english or math homework. (Now i just gotta get some motivation to draw them out ahhh...)
I get ideas in bed, during class or daydreaming anywhere (mostly daydreaming in car rides, bus, or when I'm simply bored). But since I don't draw, write, or anything, I just daydream the heck out of it until my mind wipes it out forever xD
Henlo folks; i've got a few things to say so here goes
1. Sorry i haven't been active here; i've been spending more time on instagram, so if you'd like to keep up to date with my art; https://www.instagram.com/
2. I'll be participating in Inktober, and like last year, i'll be updating every 10 days here. Everything is first posted on ig
3. i've got a ko-fi now, if you'd like to support me ;v; that would be greatly appreciated <3 https://www.ko-fi.com/nentendo
i'm currently highly anxious about my future and going into the world of art colleges and the like..
I really need some guidance here, so being a junior, I don't have many traditional pieces (or digial ones for that matter).. I would draw more, but it feels so.. un-secure. i don't know what's keeping me from creating bigger pieces more. This is something I like right..? haha, anyways. what i wanted to ask is,
how do you balance homework/school and art, if you're applying to art college and you're in the midst of putting together an art profile?
I'm going to consult a college counselor about this sometime, but i think i need some reassurance as of right now...
i'm not in the art area, but college is known to be a period to take risks and experiment. you will have teachers and conselors around to help with finer details, so you could do here and there different things. you have space to make mistakes and grow.
hey dude!! im a junior in high school too (lol). what really helps is to just use a sketchbook and sketch your ideas out!! so when you ahve time (and money) you can do them fully!!
or like talk to your art teacher about coming in before or after school to work on things!! that way you'll have some more time for school work, while still doing art!!
