Hi all, it's finally December and I am finally free from my academic commitments (at least until the end of December).
Regarding the Grumpy Codes series, while it has been fun, I have decided to discontinue it as I would like to focus on newer content. If you would like the series to continue, be sure to leave a comment.
Not to worry though. I am already working on more programming-related illustration and comic. For now, hang tight. I will announce them soon enough.
Thank you for all your support thus far and have a nice day ahead.
there won't be Grumpy Codes episodes from next week onwards until the end of June 2018 as I will be going on a 3 month long hiatus.
A lot of things are going on in my life and frankly, it has taken a toll on my physical and mental health.
Even for a comic which is supposed to be a way for me to vent my frustrations about work, it has began to contribute to it ironically.
I truly appreciate the support I have been getting for this comic from the community at large. That is why I feel I won't be doing you all justice by mindlessly churning out half-assed episodes under my sleep-deprived state.
Even though Grumpy Codes has been nothing but its simple 4 panel format, a lot of time and thought goes into each and every episode.
So for the next 3 months, I will be taking a break as well as to bring my art skills to the next level.
It is a long wait but I will Be Right Back.
Thank you for continued support and I hope you are having a nice day. :)
I am currently working on transitioning my workflow from Paint Tool Sai to Krita and will be documenting this process on my new blog: https://cardboardvoice.wixsite.com/portfolio/blog
