Hi Zatalanta, sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your concern, both of us (writer and artist) are fine but unfortunately we've had quite a lot of things going on over the last few months - both work-related and personal - so we had to put the production of the new Hiddenfolk pages on hold. Actually the whole story has already been written and finished, but still a lot of work and various stages are needed to turn it into a graphic novel. Moreover we took a pause to see and decide where to go next with the project, as It's lovely to have some faithful readers here on tapastic (and extremely valuable also in terms of feedback), but of course we'd aspire to reach a wider audience. But despair not - actually in these days, in between jobs, I (the artist, Robert) have been storyboarding the new pages, I'm halfway book 8 so hopefully that part will be done relatively soon. Then we usually both sit down and go through it all to check the flow of the storytelling, after which Kris (the writer) usually does some dialogue editing and I start on the production of the actual pages, with traditional pencilling, inking and simple digital colouring. What we should really do is possibly show some snippets and updates also during this production phase, I'll talk about it with Kris and see what we can do. In any case I hope to be able to start updating again relatively soon (I imagine in September?), and I hope you (and all those who enjoy Hiddenfolk) will be patient with us and pick it up again when we do come back. Thank you again for your interest and concern, and I hope to see you soon here. Best, Robert
