Jul 31 2024: I'm finally done with the extra pages of the prologue so I'll continue where I left off c:
***The mature content warning appeared in this chapter just to warn you about what the story may have*** It doesn't mean it's going to happen right away and it may be a long while for that to take place, however, I want to warn sensitive people or those who have gone through trauma before continuing! I marked the most prevalent, though it doesn't mean the others can't appear or be implied in the story.
The story has fluff, comedy, daily life depictions and many more light hearted content (however, because of its mature themes it's better to be honest about it).
With that said, thank you for reading my comic and your kind support! For anyone interested in what's happening next, there's a novel for this and it's currently up to (halfway) chapter 3! Chapters are divided in several parts and in the novel there's around 10 parts for each one right now.
Even though they were all part of the same family, the four orphans saw the world in different colors.
He who was unable to see the beauty in life, still longed to protect what was dear to him. The one whose thoughts pestered him about the injustice around him still saw the meaning of living. Whereas one saw the world as a pointless video game he didn’t want to be part of.
The latter, who vehemently believed in his family's unity, could not have been more mistaken. Due to supernatural influences, the barrier between truth and illusion crumbled. What seemed like harmonious bonds revealed dark secrets from the past and a frustrating fight between brothers who only want to be seen for who they are.
With the countdown of mysterious trumpets, the Ikari brothers are determined to survive until the last day is announced.
