One day Vlad would see her eye’s. Those very distinct eye’s of her’s. That one black striking eye and that one white blind eye. Her black eye is something truly extraordinary little did she know that it would be the key to curing the eternal darkness that plagued both of their clans forever.
One evening the elders of Vladimir’s clan had requested to speak to him to discuss the destiny that is in his future. At first, he is very reluctant because he is unsure of his destiny that the elders have prophesied for him in the future.
(“The Elder’s: Vladimir we have requested your presence because the stars have foretold a prophecy destined for you. A very long time from now you will come across you’re betrothed. Take her under you’re wing and keep her safe and away from harm. You will travel to a distant land where you will find her.”)
But after a very long while and with a lot of reassurance from his mother and father, as well as positive encouragement from the elders. He finally decides to accept his destiny that the elders have foretold him.
(“Vladimir: Yes my elders and mother I will graciously accept my prophecy that has been foretold by the stars and I will keep my betrothed safe from harm. I thank you mother and my elders for requesting my presence to know my destiny and prophecy.”)
Vladimir bows graciously accepting his prophecy that has been given to him by the elders of his clan. Vladimir smiles as he returns to his chambers as he eagerly awaits to meet his betrothed.
This is a romance short story that is being turned into a novel that I started writing while I was in high school in my free time while I was taking a creative writing class. I do want to add more to this story and make it progress, even more, please feel free to give any feedback you may have.
