Creatures
Agaur - (A•gaur) - /ˈôɡər/ //aw gir// – a type of bug that feeds on the brain, causing one to believe they are close to obtaining something they desire, before killing their host.
Knamus
Knamus - (Kna•mus) - /nāməs/ //name iss// – The language spoken by the people of KDamascuonj.
Magnius – (Mag•ni•us) - /magnēəs/ //mag nee us// – The natural, magical energy residing within creatures and objects.
(Or) The measurable capacity or quantity of compatibility a singular entity (creature or object) has in affecting other entities beyond the power limited by physical force.
KDulinj - (KDu•linj) - /do͞olēn/ //doo lean// – Magical item created from Vacite and Varilinite. Used in place of Charms to perform tasks through the charge of Magnius.
(Very commonly used as a light source.)
Scopha - (sco•pha) - /skōfə/ //sco fa// – A blue, crystalline packet formed at the back of the neck that attracts magnius from within the body. It is commonly shaped like a droplet. It was created for consumption by the mad god Staara, the god of Sin and Depression, in order to reclaim his original magnius pool. He uses flowers to mark the souls he wishes to consume.
Siikus - (sii•kus) - /sīkəs/ //s eye cuss// – A substance that causes intoxication and stupor. When coming in contact with the skin, it causes paralysis.
Vacite - (Va-cite) - /vôsīt/ //vah sight// – A gem capable of showing illusions to those who touch them. It feeds off of other gems and minerals, as well as some gases that it’s compatible with to obtain magnius. Though it is commonly used for illusion-based magnius arts and spells, its uses range much farther. In KDulinj it is used in hand with varilinite to do more than just produce illusions. The two gems, when joined, can create something similar to a Charm. Although the power of a KDulinj is much weaker than the power of a Charm or a Charm’s Shard.
Varilinite - (Va•ril•in•ite) - /vərilinīt/ //va ril in ite// – A mineral strongly in tune with magnius arts. It can be controlled, and it is commonly given life for smaller creatures, such as miniature golems.
Rednascuon
Rednascuon - (Red•nas•cuon) - /Rednasko͞on/ //Red nas scewn// – The language spoken by the people of Roz’nectuine.
Slaught - (Slaught) - /slät/ //slot// – The word slaught is best described as a Rednascuon adjective and curse word, synonymous to the words ill or wretched.
Rednasmil
Rednasmil - (Red•nas•mil) - /rednäsmil/ //Red nas mil// - An old language from the country of Roz’nectuine, used as a partial foundation in the Rednascuon language.
Selvora - (Sel•vor•a) - /selvôrə/ //Sell vor uh// - A Rednasmil title or honorific saved for a male love interest, similar to “darling” or “dear” in English. It is uncommon to use the word for a sexual partner. Even children aren’t commonly known to say it to someone they’ve become infatuated with. It’s usually saved until one has wed. In rare cases, men refuse to use the word even after the’re married.
Vrah - (Vrah) - /vrô/ //Vrah// - A Rednasmil title or honorific saved for a female love interest, similar to “darling” or “dear” in English. It is uncommon to use the word for a sexual partner. Even children aren’t commonly known to say it to someone they’ve become infatuated with. It’s usually saved until one has wed.
Lordspeak
Lordspeak – (Name due to change!) The words said to be carried directly from the lips of the Lords into Bereechveil.
Avlu'un - (Av•lu’un) - /ävlo͞on/ //Ahv loon// - Peace, or a blessing of peace. Commonly used as a phrase before sleep. Some say it as a parting, wishing others well before taking their leave.
