Kauane was covered in dust and blood – but none of it was hers. The scene around her looked like something out of a feverish delirium: rocket wreckage, a melted Tesla in the background and, in the center of the destruction, Elon Musk, sprawled on the ground, groaning in pain.
The girl took a deep breath, adjusting her posture. With her eyes shining with power, she raised her fist, ready to deliver the final blow.
But before we go any further, let's go back a little to understand how we got here.
But before we move on, let's go back a bit to understand how we got here.

Kauane is a shy and introspective young indigenous woman who has difficulty socializing but wants to connect with people. Her social phobia and insecurities make her hesitant to interact, but deep down, she is kind and deeply values those who approach her.
Nikki is the opposite of Kauane in many ways: outgoing, charismatic and always willing to go on adventures, she is the first person to become Kauane's friend and to support her without judgment

Despite her cheerful attitude, Nikki carries her own insecurities and wants to prove to her parents that she is reliable and independent.

That morning, Kauane was in the schoolyard, staring into space with profound boredom. Classes were going on as usual, and the only thing that kept her brain from completely shutting down was the presence of her best friend, Nikki, who was excitedly talking about some new anime.
It was then that a flying frog appeared out of nowhere and landed next to her.
"Hey, Kauane, do you want to be a magical girl?" Kururu asked, with her Selton Mello voice (A Brazilian actor).
The girl blinked, unsure if that was a freak out or reality.
"Like Madoka Magica?" she asked, narrowing her eyes.
— Yes, but with more social responsibility — Kururu replied. — And a wish. Any wish.
Kauane thought for a moment. The world was full of problems, and now she had an opportunity to change something truly significant. Then, with a determined expression, she said:
— I want to have enough power to eliminate any evil that exists or will exist that threatens nature and life on Earth.
Kururu smiled with satisfaction. In an instant, a green and golden glow enveloped Kauane, and a magical Muiraquitã appeared in her hand. Her school uniform was replaced by a dress adorned with details inspired by indigenous clothing, and a magical maraca appeared at her side.
She did not hesitate. Her first target was quite clear.
In less than ten minutes, Kauane flew over to the eccentric billionaire and, without wasting time, struck a blow that threw him meters away. The fight was brief – Elon Musk would never stand a chance against a magical girl equipped with ancestral powers.
The news immediately went into a frenzy. Within minutes, headlines around the world echoed the same phrase: "A GIRL DRESSED AS ANIME JUST DESTROYED ELON MUSK."
But Kauane didn't stop there. With a simple move, she began redistributing the tycoon's wealth to the population. However, when she realized that there was still too much money left over, she decided to take a break to go back to school. After all, she was still a student, and classes wouldn't wait for her.

When she met Nikki again, Kauane told her everything that had happened. To her surprise, Nikki believed her without hesitation and even thought it was incredible.
— Are you telling me that in less than an hour you became a magical girl, defeated a billionaire and redistributed his fortune? — Nikki crossed her arms, impressed. — Now that's efficiency.
But Kauane was restless. Although she was happy with her achievement, she felt a certain weight in her actions. Should she really continue using her powers like that? It was a huge responsibility.
Before they could continue their conversation, a frightening sound echoed through the courtyard. A colossal figure descended from the sky: a hybrid creature between an owl and a velociraptor, with flaming eyes. (I swear I wasn't high when I did that).
— Kauane! — Nikki shouted, pulling her friend back.
The creature swooped down and, upon landing, transformed into a human figure with disheveled blond hair and reddish eyes: Rasga Mortalha.
(The Rasga Mortalha is a spirit in the form of an ominous owl that announces death with its piercing cry. In Brazilian folklore, seeing or hearing its song is an omen of tragedy. But is it really an evil being or just a messenger of destiny?)
— You are not worthy of Muiraquitã — the entity shouted. — It belongs to someone stronger.
Without warning, Rasga Mortalha attacked. Nikki was thrown to the ground, a nasty cut appearing on her leg. Kauane saw red.
Without hesitation, she raised her magic maraca and summoned a beam of energy that hit Rasga Mortalha with full force. At the moment of impact, the entity's memories intertwined with hers and Nikki's. They saw everything: her painful childhood, her tragic death, and her wandering soul.
Kauane and Nikki looked at each other, full of empathy. They could not leave her like this.
— We will help you make the transition — Kauane promised, determined.
Kururu, who was watching the scene, decided to intervene.
— Since you two are so amazing, how about we expand our team of magical girls?
Nikki's eyes shone.
— Wait, can I be a magical girl too?!
Kururu explained that there were three ways to become one: through the Muiraquitã, exclusive to indigenous people; through a sigil for mediums who see spirits; or through a pact with a spiritual entity. In addition, every magical girl was entitled to one wish.
Without hesitation, Nikki raised her hand and declared:
— I want an infinite pot of açaí, that never empties and never spoils!
Kauane and Rasga Mortalha looked at her with silent judgment.
— What? — Nikki shrugged her shoulders. — I was hungry.
Kururu just smiled.
— I'm glad two magical girls appeared on the same day. Now, you need to meet the other girls.
Kauane raised an eyebrow.
— Other girls?
Kururu nodded in confirmation.
— They fight against cursed spirits, curses and, worst of all, an evil that is returning with force in the world: the Nazis.
Nikki's eyes shone even brighter.
— So we're going to punch Nazis? That's amazing.
The chapter ends with Kauane turning to Nikki and saying:
"Imagine a Brazilian magical girl who faces the rise of extremist groups with powers from Brazilian folklore! Kauane Mágica mixes indigenous legends, Brazilian folklore, friendship and self-discovery in a journey full of magic and difficult choices.
