“Welcome to Haunted High!” A ghostly figure said while greeting me with a smile. He looked really nice. He had short black hair with bangs that hang over one of his eyes. He was wearing a light blue sweater with a white long sleeve underneath and a pair of black glasses. “H-Haunted High?” This must be a figment of my imagination or a dream. No one can be so pale and see through and I know ghost aren’t real. They’re myths! “Yes. Haunted High. The school where all ghost come to learn and have fun!” Someone pinch me please! This can’t be real! Can it? I thought out loud. “Yes this is real.” He said with a smile. “ My names Cody. And You must be Cassandra. Am I right?” “y-yes. But how do you know my name?” I thought this was just weird. And even if this was real I don’t belong here. I’m not a ghost. “ We heard we’ll be having a new student and I was assign to show you around.” “What do you mean? I can’t go here. I’m HUMAN!” I was human right. “Yes you are human, but you died last night from a car accident.” That’s right. I remember now. I was coming home from school and some idiot hit me with their car! I must have died not knowing my fate but how did he know. Cody held his hand out. “Here, let me show you around.”
Cody and I walked into a classroom full of ghostly figures. I must admit it WAS pretty cool. I’ve never saw anything like it before. “This is your social studies class.” Cody said as a tall pale lady walked up to me with a smile on her face. She looked real friendly. She had that kind of smile that would make anyone happy no matter how gloomy the day was. “This is Miss Collins.” “Hello you must be Cassandra. Nice to meet you.” Her voice was enchanting. It was sweet like honey. “N-nice to meet you ma’am.” Cody grabbed my hand in a hurry. “Come on I got to show you the rest of the school.” He sounded worried. Was there something wrong?
After of hours of showing me around the school he took me to the cafeteria and we took a seat at a large round table. “What do you think of the school?” Cody said with a huge smile on his face. I have to admit he’s adorable when he smiles. “It looks like a nice place! When do I start school by the way?” “After summer break since today was the last day. That’s why I was showing you the 12th grade classes instead of the 11th grade ones. Hey what would you like for lunch?” To be honest I wasn’t really hungry. “Nothing. I’m good.” “You sure?” I nodded my head with a smile on my face.
