When you are too overwhelmed by emotion to speak, you sing. And when it becomes too much for singing, you dance. Dance is the greatest form of emotional expression, especially dancing from the heart. And Dance was something that was Brooke's entire world.
Brooke lives to dance. And in the kingdom of Arabesque, dancing is a form of magic.
When the kind King Elias is elected to serve as Prime Minister as well as hold his ceremonial position, most of the kingdom was delighted. However, former Prime Minister Oré and his followers are furious. Claiming that Oré should still be in charge despite losing in fair election, they attempt a rebellion. King Elias must recruit the dancers with the strongest magic to protect the kingdom from Oré, who had ruled with dark motives and had tried to outlaw dance.
Now Brooke must fight a war. Brought to the palace to train, she meets another dancer. Princess Rose, the daughter of King Elias. Can they stop Oré and save the kingdom? And could they become something more?
