The Red Skulls or Red Ghosts are a raiding party that separated from the operators. Famous for there two red horns the party uses installation 23 in Black Mountain Colorado. The Skulls want to stop the New Unions westward expansion and are in good terms with most locals of the Rockies. to become a Skull one must be recommended by a officer or higher no matter what rank the recommend-er is the recommended will start as a Trainman. The fighting force of the Skulls are mostly Covert Ops forces or stealth at least numbering 1203 combatants with 200 noncombatants most members are synthetic (Brute Models) or robotic with few exceptions. The Red Skulls leader is an individual that was made before the Cataclysm and has a kill count ranging in the billions. Skulls wear a crude Black Iron Breastplates at lest having higher officers in more armor other clothes beneath are not required but are allowed. All noncombatant forces of the Red Skulls are separated into family or friend groups and are given rations and materials based on how there combatant does. The only way to be exiled from the Red Skulls are to either kill any member or to commit treason which is decided by the leader of the Skulls or in the event of his death or loss the officer directly under him any other arguments or smaller offences are to be taken up with the Civil Officer. The ranks of the Skulls are as follows Leader, Low Leader, Kill Officer, Dead Officer, Wandering Officer, Defense Officer, Field Officer, Longsmen, Sappermen, Medicman, Fieldmen, Elite (Foot, Guard, Mountain, Spear, Herb, Pole, Look ) men, Lookmen, Mountainmen , Polemen, Spearmen, Footmen, Guardmen, Herbmen, Unknownmen, Trainmen, Runmen, Seperatemen, and Deadmen with the last three being ranks that one can never leave once becoming.
