Hello! I got a new page here. Bunny's mom seems skeptical but how will she react when she sees it's real?
Bunny's mom just wanted to have some juice after work and relax...
Poor Bunny's mom. ^^; Darn alien discoveries interrupting after-work relaxation time. D: I very much appreciate that Bunny chose to just tell her straight instead of beat around the bush or try to hide it or come up with an alternate explanation or something. I feel like too often people in stories (and in life, tbh) do those things when if they just explained things directly right away it would've been so much simpler (I mean sometimes you can't, but when you can...). Also I like that she seems to have a nice friendly relationship with her mom~ ^_^ All that said... if her mom is anything like my mom (or me, for that matter, haha), it might've been best to let her wind down from work stress a bit before adding alien stress (like, maybe wait until she finishes her juice but before she starts getting ready for bed... Haha, probably would've been hard to engage in small talk until then though :p). XD As a side note, that's a cute rooster mug she's got there~ (I like that it looks kinda pottery-style with the clay color and spin lines. ^^)
This is the traditional page format of the comic. The scrolling version can be found as just 'StarChild' or by the link:

If aliens are real, what else exists? One cold and quiet night a meteor crashes by Bunny’s farm and she finds an alien. The mysterious blue shapeshifter, she names Stel, has no memories of who he is or why he came to Earth. Little does she know her new alien pal will spark changes that entangle her in a world of aliens, monsters, magic, and the supernatural. This small town life has taken a turn for the weird.
A long form scifi fantasy about aliens and the supernatural. Featuring LGBTQP+ characters and lighthearted humor that isn't afraid to tackle more complex emotions.
