More of Jenny's past will be revealed as the story progresses. Of course the novel covers this right off the bat, but I thought it might be a little distracting, in webcomic format, to discuss all this right away.
I have a playlist that I sometimes listen to while working on this. Just a compilation of songs that I feel fit the mood and style of the story I want to project. I titled it "50 Shades of Green," which is what I jokingly called this story in the very early stages of development, before I officially titled it. But whenever I think of Jenny's past, and her life in the "real world," I think of the song "Jackie Blue" by the Ozark Mountain Daredevils. Link: http://bit.ly/2EFRV0Q
I feel for her. And she's right how people tend to make complex issues into choice A and choice B, ignoring that most things and people lay in all the millions of other choices. AKA the gray area.
A tawdry monster romance in a high fantasy setting.
Jenny/Ghorza, a geeky 29-year-old who dreams of adventures beyond her humdrum life, is transported to a fantasy world like the ones she's spent her whole life dreaming about. There she is captured by mercenaries, but is soon "rescued" by Vargan, the leader and orc king of a raiding band of orcs. Vargan, however, gives her a choice: she can either be released and left to wander the forest of a foreign land alone, or be given shelter and protection in exchange for one thing... she must surrender her freedom as his "human pet."
WARNING: Story is for audiences 18+. It contains adult themes and suggestive situations.
