If you’re familiar with the series of books this comic is based on, you’ll know that a reoccurring theme is understanding the perspectives of others. That can be especially challenging when people say hateful or misguided things. Senor Langdon might seem like he’s being a jerk. Bryce definitely is. Both have reasons for what they’re doing, whether acceptable or not, and that’s something I enjoy exploring as a writer. I also strive to understand where others are coming from in real life, but to be honest, I’m not the best at keeping my cool. I get angry first and think later. I wish that order was reversed. I’m working on it. What about you? Got a level head or do you fly off the handle?
