Local sun god Yul is dispatched to find out what Earth has done so wrong (again) that the entire universe is having a collective coughing fit (again). And, uh, put a stop to it. It's routine maintenance work by now, a run-of-the-mill job—Yul's plan is to fix the thing, dust off his hands and go back to trying to make friends with his colleagues.
