Also, as I have been getting a lot of comments it seems recently about this, I wanted to address it: The "thing" between Chris and Chloe is not supposed to be a positive thing. If it bothers you or concerns you, it's meant to. A lot of folks think it's only because of age difference (Chris is 19, Chloe is 17...although a lot of people assume Chris is much older), but there is actually a lot of things that are "problematic" about this "relationship" (if you could call it that?). It's just not healthy for a number of reasons which will be explored more in the future. I don't wanna get spoilery, but Chloe has a lot more going on in her life behind the scenes than she lets on, combined with her naivety and the fact that she's in high school and Chris is........Chris, it's just very unmatched imo. So...just know that I hear your concerns and agree with you LOL
I really enjoy this. Thank you for being so talented! (But seriously, I feel like I'm reading about REAL people. Everything from the reactions, to facial expressions, to personalities, and to character development is so lifelike.)
(Autophobia: the fear of being alone)

His life, however, runs off course when he befriends Daniel, his ostracized classmate, and the two soon find themselves in a secret love affair.
