This is a standalone story I wrote back in 2015, while planning Chapter 2. I've wanted to draw it for two years, but never felt quite ready.
After watching some good anime films (Kimi no Na Wa, Koe no Katachi) last year I gave the story a complete overhaul, adjusting the pacing and scraping off excess melodrama. By the end of that I was really excited about drawing this story!
I've never drawn a chapter so quickly before. 36 pages in two months isn't too shabby, eh? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Admittedly I got a little burnt out towards the end...
Chapter 8 will be 50+ pages long, so I'll split it into two parts. I'm hoping to finish the first part by the end of February, fingers crossed!
As an aside, Memorabilia will be getting its own website soon! I'll be posting higher-res pages there with much more extra material and commentary. Updates on Tapas will continue as per normal, but it will become a mirror instead of main hosting site.
I'll make an official announcement when I finish piecing everything together :D
This is a story about finding love and meaning in a confusing, ever-changing world.
