The android followed the trail of sticky, dark liquid, in hopes of it leading to his master. On unsteady legs, he scanned the floor carefully, bumping lightly into the door the trail seemed to lead to. With a whir of confusion, his glowing eyes turned their attention to this new obstacle, inspecting it for a way around. Instead of opening it, he simply walked into it again, unsure of how to get past. He whined softly in annoyance, stroking the door with his metallic hand.
By some stroke of luck, his hand managed to catch on the door handle, opening with a click. "Boris get through!" He exclaimed, stepping tentatively out into the open, looking around. Boris managed to spin around, joyfully taking in his surroundings. He'd smile if he could! The small antenna that stuck out of his mess of blue hair shone brighter and began to blink to convey his happy feelings. "Pretty.." He murmured, looking back down to find his trail again, only to find it had ended at his feet. His antenna dulled a bit as he got down on his hands and knee pads, producing another confused noise. Had his master just abandoned him? Left him here to rust, or left him to explore? There was a little sound that seemed to be a sigh as he crawled stiffly across a seemingly new tire skid path. This was all he had, might as well follow it, right? The gears in his mind turned as he tried to think through what was happening as he crawled.
