Medieval castles did not have plumbing as we know it today. But they did have an understanding of fluid mechanics. The castles were built so that all of the water would naturally flow outside into the moat. So our tent, as you may guess was set up in the middle of such natural channel.
Henry, on the other hand is a very lawful person. He obeys speed limits, always uses a turn signal, and hates planeswalkers in Magic: The Gathering. Hence, you probably understand why he was so reluctant to go and enter the castle premises with a private car.
