I made my way through the crowd of the dance floor. I’ve no idea that my pub would one day become so popular and crowded for this pub is illegal. No, rather, the purpose of this pub is not allowed. This is a lesbian pub, but the name doesn’t say so, its call “Part-Ners” and I register it as a recreational club. So this pub is 100% legal except the fact that everyone that comes here are lesbians.
Well, if you ask me if I’m one, the answer will be, “I don’t know.” You see, I feel for both gender, guys and girls, so I guess that makes me a bisexual? Well, it’s all not up to me as I was born like that; I mean I can’t help feeling for girls right? You know how hard it was to try to curb your feelings. I did try to before, but I find it difficult, stupid and tiring. Furthermore, homosexual are getting common now.
“Charlene.” A girl of my age tapped me gently on the shoulder. She took the empty seat next to mine and took a sip of her Vodka.
“Hey, Theresa.” I turned over and was greeted by a pair of cold and mysterious eyes.
Theresa leaned over and gave me a peak on my cheek. She whispered something into my ears before breaking away to look for her our target.
“Thanks.” I shot her a grateful smile.
“Jazz, can you send make a drink for Ms Icy?”
Jazz, the bartender nodded. She has been working here for 3 years already, but no one knows if she is a lesbian too. She seldom talks but has a talent in mixing the wines.
“There.” Jazz passed me 2 drinks, “its call ‘De Couple’.”
“Thanks.” I took the drinks and went over to the table at the far corner.
“Hey, mind if I sit down here?” I asked while studying her flawless yet mysterious face.
She arched a brown but didn’t bother to look up at me, “what if I say no?”
“Well, you could.” I placed a cup down on her table, “but you couldn’t stop me from treating you to a drink, don’t you?”
She finally looked up and studied my face, “I’m straight.”
“Interesting.” I took the seat opposite of her without her consent, “tell me, why are you here then?”
“To get some peace.” She said coolly, her eyes as cold as ever.
“From?”
“Those normal pubs where guys kept trying to hook me.” She finally turned over to look at me, with an expression that say, ‘you’re just like them.’
“Sorry, I think I better get going then.” I got up, “but please don’t waste the drink, its Jazz’s new creation.”
She nodded, “Ok. I’ll tell you if it’s nice.”
“What if it taste awful?”
“Then you wouldn’t see me here again.”
