Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read my short stories.
At present I have two stand alone short stories here -
Divine Intervention and Choice.
At some point in the near future I will add them to this collection rather that have them stand alone.
Cat Got Your Tongue is a full length novel and will continue to be stand alone.
I also thought I'd mention a little about myself.
I'm old.
Yep, one of those people whose been using a computer since 1990 and on the internet since 1997.
I started writing in 2008 with fan fiction from an animated program called Acceleracers. It was my son's favourite and when they ended the series abruptly without concluding the story it was devastating to the parents and children involved.
To compensate for the unfinished story I wrote my son a choose-your-own-challenge book with different endings of the Acceleracers series. It became popular with the parents on our old forum and I eventually re-wrote it and published it on FanFiction.com
This was to be my first experience with online self publishing.
By accident I discovered gay fiction and found a passion to write my own light fluffy romance stories.
In the beginning, I sucked - like really sucked. So bad the horrible comments I got on Fiction Press drove me away.
However, it took one persons while there to reach out and guide me. One person, older than me, who pointed me towards online resource that would help me to write a better story. Although I still struggle with the Show, Don't Tell aspect of writing, back them I didn't understand what that meant.
I never stopped writing. I have always had a story to tell and over time they grew longer and more complex. But these days I leave my long stories for National Novel Writers Month and fill the void with short stories.
My most resent short story is for Zombiepalooza on Wattpad, which in time I will post here. It was my first ever zombie story and I surprised myself by writing it. I've always loved writing challenges so if you have a story idea, mention it in the comments and maybe I can write you a short story.
If you read all the way to here - thank you for your support.
