Ok- so this one time, I was swimming out in the backyard pool with my friend late at night. I was talking to her while we were waiting for my mother to come out, and she kept on trying to get me into the pool, saying stuff like " The water feels nice, it'll be fun", stuff like that, when I heard something moving behind us. I turned around to greet what I thought was my dog, but instead saw my friend. Walking toward me. I turned back around, and the doppelgänger has vanished. Thing is, my friend heard me talking to someone, but couldn't see them.
