The anatomy is a little wonky, but that can easily be fixed by using references. And the background looks a bit weird, like it's kind of blurry/unnatural and difficult to focus on (unless that was intended). If you have solid outlines and colors for the background and use references for the people, I think it would help your art look a lot better. Keep up the great work!
