I sighed, resting my head on the desk, my room-mate is the Student Council President. How badly could I have messed up. They are already looking at me like I'm weird, doesn't help that I also have to hide that weird making from them...
I tried to listen to my lesson, I really tried. but... what is the point of learning if I know I'm already going to lose my place here. I sighed as quietly as I could, I didn't want anyone to notice me not writing or learning.
"Miss Hartley!" I quickly jumped up, scared. "Ah. I see you're paying attention." The teacher said, boy, could I hear the students snicker. "Well then, since you seem so interested in our lesson. Could you please tell me who wrote this quote." The teacher started to write on the board 'the Angel who fell from the sky, losing their heart in the progress. Unable to keep their heart pure, as it was tainted by the sin of lust.'
I sighed, do they think I'm stupid? "It was Hanasaki Shiro, Miss." I sat down after answering. I could hear all the students discussing my answer, and I simply threw my head on the table. I couldn't deal with them today...

I sat on the bench at the edge of the pool, "pool allergies" you know. Either way, I simply sat and stared as everyone else got to have fun and enjoy the water. Sometimes, I wonder what it would be like to be just like them... Because I couldn't go in. It would wash away and show off the sin that I had kept hidden away from everyone since the day I found out what it meant.
I heard the sound of someone sitting down by me, and turned my head over, It was the girl from yesterday... Ashley? "uh... Hi?"
"Hey there, Zea right?" She smiled, leaning against the wall "I guess you got pool allergies too huh." She snickered
"Yeah... pool allergies..." I looked away from her, unsure of what to say.
"I noticed you listening in to my conversation with the President yesterday. Heard your her roommate. Mind asking her to stop picking on me for my mode of getting to school?" They snickered "It's quicker for me the way I go!" She giggled, leaning against me "Still though, I noticed you staring at her. You think she's super pretty right?" Ashley's eye brows raised, the last statement caused me to blush
"I-I do not-" I tried to get out, but I was caught off guard by Ashley's laugh
"Oh please. Almost everyone thinks she's like, the cutest person in school, you would not be the first." She smiled "Ashley Walker, Dorm room 307!" She smiled
"Zea Hartley.." She nods, a bit confused.
"Want to be friends then Zea? I mean, it wouldn't be good for you to be alone during your first year at the school." She smiled "besides. We're both in the old dorm. Not many people tend to talk to anyone from that dorm. They think we're all spooky scary ghost people or something!" Ashley laughed a bit.
"uh... yeah. I suppose?" I blinked, a little unsure of what Ashley meant.
"Then it's settled Zea, we're friends, and that means I've got your back, and well. When I need it, you can help me out." She smiles, patting my back.

The rest of my school day, well, it was pretty uneventful. I felt normal for the rest of the day. It was pretty nice of Ashley to be my friend however. I decided to take a trip up to the roof, that's however, when I noticed something... A single white feather. Slowing crouching down to pick it up "a... dove feather? What's this doing here.. There isn't any doves in this school..?"
This was. confusing, scary almost. I stood up and carefully walked all the way up, and quietly opening up the door. That's when I saw it.
There was Toni, her hair was flowing in the wind, but there was someone by Toni, a girl with short light blue hair and light pink eyes, they had two giant white wings, almost like an angels. It seems they were in the middle of a conversation. Quickly I left, running down the stairs.
What was I seeing? Was this school haunted or something? Angels... they don't exist? Right?
I quickly made my way downstairs, not even noticing that the door upstairs was being opened, not hearing 3 sets of foot steps step out, and I almost didn't hear a voice that sounded similar to Ashley's, speaking up and saying...
"See. I told you. They can be our ally."
