Distharpia is far from your traditional country. Through a series of circumstances (the radiation especially), they're left with very little plant life that can survive their harsh climates. However, studies show that citizens with fake trees and plants were much happier than the citizens without them. Thus, a series of murals were commissioned to be spread across more urban areas (such as Cyber, Nano, and Splatter sectors).
Areas that could afford it (such as Steam, Diesel, and Bio sectors), were able to get full, life-like plant replicas to soothe their need to not be surrounded by industrial waste.
