الشّغَفُ , pronounce uhsh-syaghaf (srsly i suck at this pronouncation thing), is the arabic word to describe "all-consuming love". I wanted to write it in English initially, but since Hussain is Arab, it kinda still makes sense to title it in its original term. Asy-Syaghaf actually has a more specific meaning and that is affliction. It is the kind of love that comes with pain and the kind that you can't escape from, the kind of love that consumes you and makes you obsessed. Arabic language is so detailed when it comes to love (i'm not joking, i just read an article and saw more than 20 words to describe specific types of love and passion..this is why it's so easy to misunderstand the language)
