BASICS: Character Proportions overview

I noticed that some artists focus way too much on making the character's faces really pretty but when zoomed out, the entire body proportions are off. It always should be balanced because it adds to the appeal of the character.
This tutorial aims to explain the reason as to why artists should be paying attention to the proportions of your character and I hope that you can apply this to your drawings.
