Messengers, or storytellers as they are often referred to, are angels who have created legends for the humans. Whether they are fact or otherwise, their tales are often hard to not believe as whatever they put onto paper becomes fact to those who read and share their scripture. Messengers are partially to blame for the rewriting of history, though it is Arch angels who ordered them to create the mistruth.

Aj is one of the messengers, however unlike her brothers and sisters, she chose the path of truth.

When she was younger, her paths crossed with that of Twitch, a wandering demon. She had been given her first mission by the Arch angels, to pass on a scripture to humans at a corrupted church. It was on this path that she came across a nightmare beast. Unequipped, Aj fled hoping to cut the beast off, but the beast itself was much faster.

Twitch having heard the comotion, came to the angels aid, defeating the corrupted monster and sealing it away.

As thanks AJ offered the demon a simple request.

Twitch asked her to stop.

The demon had seen the result of messengers lies, how humans portayed the demons. She wanted that to end.

Aj knew that this would not go down well with her church, it was their duty as messengers to do as the arch angel requested. But even she knew that it was wrong to lie about these things. She had seen for herself that not all demons were bad.
