Hey don't do this. The cart pusher at your local grocery store doesn't want to hear about you going home while they have no choice but to continue working in the frigid snow or the blazing sun. Just tell them "Thank you for the hard work." Almost every cart pusher I have worked have told me that often makes their day as opposed of having a meaningless conversation while they're working blood and sweat... Also tips just turn their crappy day into a magnificent new outlook.
I like this one, is pretty relatable, but the punchline could have being better with better timing. For example, before the customer decides to complain about the manager, a reaction image of him feeling hearthbroken would have make this a lot funnier. Also, his expression in the end could be more exagerated,(even, tears in his eye) to mock his expectations of small talk with a worker when he is busy.
