PixelPlex - Concepts: Carl,Wiliam & Eddie

Carl:
Owner of the local Diner/Snackbar "Carl`s Cafe".
The place is always open for anyone that needs something hot in their belly or just a listing ear.
Wiliam (The main protagonist):
Wiliam is employed by the tech-company Pixelplex and it`s affiliated University to be their "problem solver".
No matter if it`s a broken light, or a generator that needs to be macgyvered together untill a replacement can be brought in, always calm and quick to think on his feet, Wiliam will fix it.
Eddie:
A cop in training who is far better suited to be a professor.
Eddie seems to know everything, but putting it into practical use, that`s a whole other story.
Eddie`s dad was a cop, and that was all Eddie wanted to be since he was a little kid.
