forgot to mention that I was born and raised in canada too mgh
but yeah. it was really weird how nobody around me was vietnamese when I was in elementary school. now they're like everywhere in my life.
and that part at the end did actually happen. we were at the mall and this guy at his booth randomly asked us if we were japanese and we were all confused
