“Yeah." he smiled; he darted into the garage, grabbing his helmet, and hopped on the bike, hugging me. “Where to?”
“No clue.” I hummed, starting the bike up again.
I enjoyed taking aimless rides around the outskirts of the cities. I never had anyone to accompany me; Chester was a very welcome variable. Chester suggested getting some food; we found a quick drive-through and hurried off to find a place to eat peacefully. I took us under the bridge. We sat near on the grassy hill that sloped down to the boardwalk under the bridge.
“Do you want to talk about it?” he cooed gently.
“No.” I scoffed, shaking my head. “I don’t like discussing those topics...” I turned red.
“Fair,” he nodded. “You embarrassed, not unhappy, right?” he nudged me.
“Mhm.” I nodded. “I... enjoyed...” I covered my mouth, looking away.
“Hm, that so~?” he smiled. “It’s not weird, you know?”
“I know..." I sighed deeply.
“It’s all new to you, I get it, but there’s nothing to be ashamed of.” he hummed. “If you were into something like kicking puppies-”
“Ok, ok.” I laughed weakly. “I only kill people for fun, not puppies.”
“See? Perfectly normal, nothing to be ashamed of~!” he playfully nudged me. “You’re a badass, Kipp, you have nothing to be sorry for.”
“Thanks,” I smiled warmly.
“No problem~!” he paused for a moment. “You think we could...?”
“What~?” I scoffed. “Make out in broad daylight?”
“Two bros, sharing a friendship kiss~!” he stuck his tongue out.
“As bros do.” I nodded.
“Hey~! You ever see that movie with those two dogs-?” he pulled a piece of his candy, holding it between his lips.
“No-? I’ve never really watched movies-?” I stared at him.
“Take the other end-” I did so, pulling the piece from his mouth, kissing him; I tossed the candy to the side bringing my now free hand to cup the back of his neck.
“Mmm, you taste sweet.” I pulled away a bit, licking my lips.
“That’s-!” he flushed. “That’s not how the game works-!” he laughed.
“Hm.” I pulled him into a hug. “Wanna head out-” I was stopped, pushed to lay down as he sat atop my hips. “Ah...?” I stared up at him.
