Posting this a day early because tomorrow is going to be busy for me!
So.... sorry everyone who was expecting bucketloads of action, that's all for another day, we've got character to build! I'm still trying to work on my pacing, but I think it may be a bit everywhere in this chapter since its chapter 1 and it's all a tapas (eyyy) of little starting chunks that will grow into something big... I hope...
And we learn why Sofia was being chased: sticky fingers. (And in case anyone's curious, both the girls are thirteen at this point).
Also just a head's up, from this point onwards the comic will include swearing and foul language, but given that this comic is somewhere around the teen/mature (later on, at least) mark, I hope that's expected?
